There are quite a few personal physical trainers around - but SUDAM SHELAR is an exception who has a vast amount of specialised and diverse training, knowledge, experience, sensitivity and dedication to his client. On top of being a very insightful and knowledgeable physical trainer, SUDAM is absolutely passionate who is able to make every work out session by a blink of an eye. I am a senior citizen and have been working out with him thrice a week for the last almost four years now. Being trained in various traits of physical fitness, he is able to decipher my specific needs, is able to focus on the same very clearly without ever going beyond my comfort level. SUDAM is an overall lovely person and his personality and attributes make one feel very comfortable. While giving comfort, he not only talk the talk regarding fitness but is able to convert the same to walk the talk. I have been training with him for 6 months now and it's been a very refreshing experience. Just perfect for someone who is looking for something that addresses both mind and body. Excellent knowledge about science behind everything and for a logical mind like mine who likes to know the "why" of everything, he is the best one could get. I strongly recommend him to all age groups who want to embark on the journey of healthy mind and body ?????

When I met him 4 years back I was suffering from back injury. Can not even walk for 5 mins.Only 1 question I asked him ' can you make me squat again ' And here I am doing 130 kg squat and 130 kg deadlift. Thanks Sudam sir for making me strong

Sudam sir is one of the most talented ''Guru 'in fitness world and best person in mumbai to all fitness related (food , exercise } expert. Excellent trainer!! It is fun working out with him. He has knack of selecting type and quantum of exercise depending on your age , built and general health. Strongly recommended as personal trainer.

Sudam as a trainer is a lot more than what meets the eye. He has a simple, no-frills approach to fitness but the one that actually works. He is well-versed with the muscular anatomy and recommends targeted techniques that can help with strengthening and rehab. I used to suffer from back pain but I seem to have conquered it, thanks to Sudam. I highly recommend him.

Fitness regime with him is fun.. He is more dedicated than you for your fitness... Never forget to ask him abt the nutrition part.. Would definitely recommend for lazy people like me bcz You need a motivator and watchful eyes that he has got.. Thnx Sudam..

I appreciate the amount of time you have spent meeting with me at the gym. This type of exercising is all new to me. Thank you for answering all of my questions and demonstrating all of the moves for me. My body is already starting to feel stronger for the first few weeks.

Because of Sir Sudam Shelar today I am on my foot. I had GBS in the yr. 2010 . My whole body was paralyzed. This person make me stand on my own foot. He got exercise done from me even at heavy pain. May God bless him so that he can serve others like me.
